From paddock to plate our food encounters a number of hazards as well as a number of safety practices to keep us safe from foodborne disease. Join us for an expedition through the stages of production, storage, preparation and serving food in a fun an interactive way.
Tips and procedures from WASCA trainer, Leanne Irwin and Marina Palmieri from DJM Technologies will have your canteen safari ready in no time.
