The WA Health Promoting Schools Association is overseen by an executive committee consisting of:
- President
- Vice President
- Treasurer
- Secretary
- 3 Executive Committee members.
This committee meets before every general meeting (6 times per year) and at other times as required, and maintains regular email and phone contact.
Our main role to deliver our strategic direction, maintain financial viability and report to our members. We aim to promote the health promoting schools framework to agencies, schools and the community.
WAHPSA members are invited to nominate for one or more of the above positions at our Annual General Meeting on 22 March 2017. For more details, click here.

WAHPSA members and non-members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting from 3pm to 3.30pm on Wednesday 22 March 2017. This will be held at Foodbank WA, 23 Abbott Road, Perth Airport WA 6105. The AGM will be followed by a presentation from Stephanie Godrich on her research on fruit and vegetable consumption and food insecurity in regional and remote WA schools.
