The WA Association for Mental Health (WAAMH) are holding the inaugural WA Mental Health Conference in March this year at Kings Park.
One of the special events is the Youth Wellbeing Breakfast on Friday 11th March. There is significant youth involvement in this event. There will be young people speaking, young people entertaining, young people cooking and serving breakfast, Individuals are encouraged to come along or even better, bring a busload of students!
The event is 7am – 9am (you can stay later to walk through the postcard exhibition) at Mount Eliza House Gardens in Kings Park. It’s only $25/adult and $9 for young people which includes a gourmet breakfast prepared by young chefs from the 5000 meals program, a take home show bag valued at over $50, a program of dynamic presentations and discussions as well as a yarning circle, entertainment and opportunities to network with over 20 youth based services.
